i think it is trying to fight back and make the jappenese people feel regret. also to use the powerfulest weapon to end the war. that means america sense of wrong didnt change. our attacks are only for revenge. just like the iraq war. also in war world 1 the american attaked becaus germans attaked our citizens. also america always had to do with the war. America also were giveing supplies to the war zone.
